Hand-made by artisans who carve from olive-wood and the handles are inlaid with ethically-sourced, discarded cow-bone that has been cleaned and fully food-safe sanitized.
Using traditional methods passed down through the generations, each spoon handle has black batik stripes by placing beeswax on the white bone and dipping the bone a black dye.
